I was going to throw them a party but no one in the household actually knew anyone who wasn't a) the llama, b) Monique, or c) a relative. anyway, who needs graduation parties?!



recognise this house?? it's where the Spritas lived for several generations before they outgrew it. I don't recall it being buggy or anything, and I really liked it, so the Antikvas are moving in :D



and… this made me worry that the Antikvas are going to get like the Spritas did when they first moved in here too (read: everyone slept with everyone)

I was struggling to pick heir so the Sims that moved here are: all three Antikva kids (Amaranta, Aureliano, José Arcadio), and their Sprita lovers, Willow and Xander.



within two hours of moving in Willow was already friends with both the cats, I am not even joking



of course.

the wedding wasn't actually very interesting – just lots of socialising and an absurd amount of swooning. it also started raining but luckily this is Simsland so the buffet was fine.

I sent them to check out some ruins. Apparently there is more than one set of ruins so they went to the ones that the holiday memories charitably call "the monkey ruins".



José Arcadio continues to be the greatest tourist ever



meanwhile, Xander admires the fountain.



and all he got for it was some lousy Arts and Crafts enthusiasm

anddddd rather than sleep in his own, PERFECTLY QUIET room, Xander really wanted to sleep here amidst the carnage and the blaring TV and the bed he walked in circles around for ages before finally settling in



then José Arcadio ate rotten toaster pastry



these guests had a second fight



Xander realised he wasn't going to get any sleep out there so he tried to sleep outside but oops, the hula music's playing



Then I lost patience and sent them home.



I DIDN'T REALISE THEY GOT BONUSES FOR GOING ON HOLIDAY

I MEAN A SEVENTH WANT SLOT, W T F



apparently Xander didn't get any sleep on the plane :(



ohhhhh so these benefits are temporary that makes more sense
